1. Can’t judge a book by its cover so let’s find out.

2. One of the parking spots closest to the office door is there for whoever comes first to park. Rest all are reserved for management.

3. Because OP has an old knee injury, he makes sure to come early and park in that first-come, first-serve spot.

4. One of OP’s co-workers is pregnant who has to park way behind as she always arrivee om the minute, and has to walk a bit to reach the main door about which she complains alot.

5. One day she left a note on OP’s desk asking him to leave that parking spot open for her to park.

6. Next day after parking in the same spot, OP arrived at his desk, saw the note and told the pregnant co-worker he would always take the spot if it is open.

I know we are yet to reach the end but I am calling OP NTA! It has been shared very clearly that the parking spot is available for all workers. You have to come early to make sure no one else is parked there. OP does that. He comes early and parks in that spot. If the pregnant co-worker wants to park in the spot, she needs to stop being lazy and come early.

7. OP shared she can happily take the spot but for that she would have to come early.

8. She complained to the boss regarding OP’s behavior but he didn’t care much.

9. The matter was taken to the courts of the AITA community.

14. There should have been a special persons spot. The management is to blame.

16. If it was a handicap spot or a special needs spot, then the co-worker would’ve made an argument.
