Helicopter Mom Throws Fit After Karate Instructor Didn’t Give Her Son A Black Belt

karate-karen-fi

Meet a Karen who has never heard the word “no,” and her son seems to follow in her footsteps. Pretty common, right? The most alarming aspect of Karens is their tendency to pass on their toxic traits to their children. This means that where there’s a Karen parent, there’s likely a Karen child who will continue the entitled behavior, creating a never-ending cycle.

In this story, we encounter a demanding kid who expected to be given a black belt within five minutes of his first karate lesson. He even managed to offend one of the female instructors. When his mother got involved, instead of disciplining him, she demanded that he receive a black belt immediately.

Tensions quickly escalated, and the karate instructors soon found themselves in a heated confrontation with the Karen.

1. They never disappoint.

2. OP and his assistant teach karate to younger classes at a gym.

3. One day a woman walked in with her 13-year-old son to have him admitted for karate lessons.

4. In the next session, Keira started one-on-one with the new kid, who immediately got a punishment.

5. The kid had cursed at Keira who ordered him to do pushups. Karen got involved saying his son can’t do it but Keira didn’t listen.

6. When OP asked the kid why he insulted Keira, he said he didn’t like girls.

7. OP tried to kick some sense into the kid but it didn’t work. Instead, on his first day, he demanded a black belt.

8. OP said he had to earn the belt. Karen intervened once again and made the same demand.

9. The mom, now exhibiting all her Karen traits, said her kid never takes no for an answer so OP must give him the black belt.

10. Karen then started to get loud, increasing her pitch drastically with the demand remaining same.

11. While the adults were arguing, Karen’s son escapeed the scene and started hitting a girl.

12. Unfortunately for the kid, the girl knew karate and she responded with a front kick to his core. OP felt so proud, while drama further ensued.

Karen is going deep into a pit she may not be able to come out of. She is in a room crowded with two black belts and kids who by now have a good knowledge of karate. If she doesn’t shut up and quietly walk away with her son, she may not like the outcome.

I kind of don’t want her to walk away now so that she faces the wrath of OP and Keira. Let’s see what happens next.

13. Father of the girl yelled at Karen who had come close to intimidate her but remained in his place as he realized OP and Keira were both black belts.

14. As things got centered back to the adults, Karen and Keira started yelling at each other.

15. With the argument getting more and more heated, Karen finally snapped and tried to slap Keira.

16. Keira parried and hit Karen with a full force leg kick on her thigh.

The sound of the slap as the kick connected must’ve been so satisfactory.

17. Karen couldn’t handle the pain of the kick. One of the parents called the police who declared OP and Keira only acted in self-defense.

18. OP didn’t want to press charges or proceed with the matter but other parents seemed to have a different view…so Karen ended up leaving the gym in handcuffs.

19. The kid may turn into a monster just like his mother if he didn’t learn a lesson from this karate fiasco.
