There are entitled individuals everywhere.

Entitlement is a widespread issue in society, with people feeling unjustified privilege and expecting special treatment. Whether it’s in the workplace, relationships, or everyday interactions, entitled people frequently demonstrate a lack of empathy and a sense of entitlement that can be harmful to those around them. Of course, when we talk about entitled people, we must include the Karens.

Karen has become a popular term for entitled individuals who exhibit demanding and confrontational behaviour, frequently requesting to speak with the manager in a variety of situations. This stereotype has gained traction in popular culture as a means of emphasising and addressing the negative effects of entitlement on others. Nobody is against the name itself, but it has a negative connotation these days. That is not surprising, given that the internet is filled to the brim with entitled interactions that make you want to call the management on these Karens.

The following interaction is yet another example of entitled behaviour. You can view the entire conversation by scrolling down.

The text message starts out weird right from the get-go, as it sounds like an urgent issue.

However, as it turns out, it is only about AirPods, and this Karen’s child wanted AirPods Pro, which is certainly quite entitled behaviour.

However, the funniest thing is that the kid didn’t care about AirPods Pro, and it was Karen herself who was using the AirPods and wanted the Pro version.

While we don’t have the full context of this text conversation, I can tell from these texts that Karen’s mother is annoyed that her child received AirPods rather than AirPods Pro. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that teenagers can be cruel, and there will always be bullies, but this is ridiculous. The funniest part is that it’s clear that Karen wants the AirPods Pro to show off to her friends, not her teenage child. However, I’m not surprised by this behaviour either.

Are we even surprised that Karen works at an MLM? because most Karens are into the multi-level marketing scam.

Essential oils are good and all, but only when there aren’t any outrageous claims about them, like curing cancer.
