In April, an incident at a hotel revealed the lengths some guests will go to to stir up trouble. In today’s story, when a woman requested a key for her cousin’s room, the front desk staff (OP of the story) followed protocol, leading to a half-hour of hara*sment from the guest and her cousin over the phone. After unsuccessfully trying to bypass hotel policy, the guest threatened to get OP fired, claiming he acted illegally. The situation escalated, revealing the guest’s true motive: to be difficult for no reason. Despite the guest’s threats and complaints, OP remained professional, only to discover later that those women had also stolen hotel property in the form of room pillows. Pretty sad, right? But the never-ending story didn’t end there either. Karma decided to step in right at the end and gave those women a bitter taste of the very medicine they crafted.
2. One day, a woman walked into the hotel OP worked for and asked him for keys to her cousin’s room.
3. OP resisted giving the keys because the cousin wasn’t there, but the woman started berating him.
4. The woman on the phone, who was apparently Shi Shi Garcia, scolded OP for not letting her cousin in.
5. OP finally snapped at the woman, saying he would get in a lot of trouble for this and that the woman should let him do his job properly and conclude the inquiry.
6. The cousin finally took the key as OP gave it to her and walked to the room. Only five minutes later, Shi Shi entered, who was apparently hours away from the place.
7. Shi Shi threatened to have OP fired for illegally giving the room keys to someone else.
8. She then proceeded to go to her room, in a very b*tchy way, of course. OP’s manager told him to relax, as there would be no further issues to take place.
9. OP was still not satisfied, so he turned on the recording on his phone and went to Shi Shi’s room.
10. When OP asked Shi Shi if he should have the other lady removed, Shi Shi quickly went on the back foot.
11. Shi Shi didn’t want to have the lady removed. The two are definitely up to something.
12. OP wanted to bait Shi Shi into saying it was okay for the cousin to say, and she played right in.
This is so suspicious. If Shi Shi doesn’t want her cousin removed, then why did she threaten OP to have him fired? I believe this is what has OP even more concerned now that Shi Shi has said it is fine to have her cousin stay with her. I think something big is going on that OP doesn’t know about. His senses are correct, though. He is getting terrible vibes from these women. The hotel needs to manage this matter proactively before they do something that cannot be handled.
Let’s see how the story plays out further as OP puts on his Sherlock coat. Scroll down below to continue reading!
13. Shi Shi followed OP to have a detailed discussion and told him she was doing what she did to act like a b*tch and that was all.
This is such a weird explanation. There are so many places you can be a b*tch at but she wanted to do it at a hotel. The answer is not satisfactory!
14. OP asked Shi Shi to let her know what the matter was, and that she must explain it to him in detail.
15. Shi Shi said she didn’t like the hotel’s customer relations department, and that is why she was being a b*tch to him.
16. OP shared that the only reason he recorded all the conversation was to save his a$$ in case something fishy happened and legal got involved.
17. OP thought that would be the end of it but no. The next morning, when the two women checked out, they had stolen the room pillows and replaced them with some old, rugged pillows.
18. Two days later, Shi Shi and her cousin make another reservation. OP quickly dialed the number that was given for booking, which was answered by a man. OP told him the reservation was being canceled and explained everything that happened to him.
19. Karma did its thing. The man was actually Shi Shi’s boss’ boss.
20. After realizing what the two had done, the big boss fired both Shi Shi and her cousin. A beautiful end to a concerning story!
I knew something was wrong, and so did OP. He must now go to his manager and tell them, “I told you so.”. Perhaps a bonus is in place. Speaking of what happened with Shi Shi and her cousin, man, I love Karma. Karma is so real, you never want to mess with it. Unfortunately, it is in an entitled person’s nature to stand toe-to-toe with Karma, and they don’t like it when Karma makes its move. Good riddance from the company they worked for. Entitlement is never the solution, ladies and gentlemen!
