Redditor Bans Friend And Their Untrained Dog In New Home Due To Mess The Dog Creates, Asks If They’re Wrong

untrained-dog-fi

Moving into a new home is often a joyous occasion, marked by fresh surroundings and new choices. For Reddit user Green-Ingenuity-783 the recent move meant upgrading from a rental to their own house, complete with white carpets and a matching sofa, inspired by their cat’s snowy fur.

However, there was one issue. Their friendd had an untrained black dog who previously made a lot of mess by peeing and pooping every where. OP wanted to avoid that happening in the house now he owned so while invited the friends over to the housewarming party, OP requested them to leave thrir dog behind. Drama ensurd.

1. Let’s find out!

2. When OP moved into her own house, he made sure to get all white furniture as their cat was white.

3. OP’s friends, though, have an untrained dog who used to make a lot of mess in their rental house every time the friends would visit.

4. Because OP now owns the house, he doesn’t want the dog to ruin their furniture by peeing and pooping everywhere.

5. While inviting the friendd over for the houseearming party, they got really mad when told not to bring their dog along.

Uncertain about if what he did was right or not, the matter got taken to the courts of the AITA community.

Here’s what the AITA community had to say about this:

6. It would be so embarrassing if I took my dog to someone’s house and it did the same.

7. Get new friends, OP.

8. A very easy-to-understand parameter.

9. Yeah, why should the friend’s dog triumph over OP’s cat?

10. It is their house. So they decide who stays in it and who doesn’t.

Via fckinsleepless

It is OP’s house. So it in his right to decide who can come in and who can’t. Dogs can stay alone for a few hours, it is not like OP’s demand was outragrous to leave the dog behind.

Besides, I don’t know if OP is rich or not but furniture these days is too d*mn expensive, so I wouldn’t want to risk mine with an untrained dog.

14. See, they can stay alone for a few hours. The friends were just being sh*tty.

15. No need to take them up. Just end the friendship!

16. Period!

17. Set your boundaries and tell them explicitly to keep their dog at home when they visit you.

18. I am so curious to know how they became friends.

19. Train it or don’t bring it.

20. If that is the case, then simply conform and don’t let them enter your house the next time.
