People Share The Weirdest Fears They Had When They Were Young

Everyone has irrational fears.

I think that is a big part that makes us human. I mean even though I am well aware that lizard can’t do anything to me, I still run away and hope on my bed when I see even as much as a tail. So it is completely normal to be afraid of things that just make no sense at all. However, it can be taken to the next level when you are a kid.

Let’s be honest, kids aren’t the brightest bulbs around and that is fine since they are still growing and learning about the world. But that also means they develop fears that are weird or downright hilarious when you think about it. And while I am not going to talk about them I still remember all the weird things that I used to think about when I was a child. Let’s just put it this way, kids can be very curious.

#1 I didn’t think that but then again I have never seen an actual volcano yet.

#2 I think everyone is afraid of being locked in confined spaces even now.

#3 That wasn’t a lie, I am permanently unable to smile now.

#5 I am not embarrassed to admit that I did that once or twice in my life.

However, I was more so the kid who would check under her bed before actually being able to sleep.

#7 I didn’t but I am not about to say it isn’t absolutely terrifying.

#8 I actually did because of all the cartoons but haven’t seen one yet.

#9 I did think I was going to get lost someday but I didn’t actually have any sort of a plan.

#10 I still worry about that to this day and I don’t know why.

#12 Yes I did think that, Yes I did swallow a few of them to check and Yes I am aware of how stupid that was.
