We’re all humans and we all make mistakes. No one was born perfect. We mess up and learn from our mistakes, so that next time we don’t put ourselves in that vulnerable situation again. Sometimes we get extremely embarrassed due to our own lack of attention and responsibility. We might get drifted away by the idea of having everything under control that we overlook the loopholes of the situation. It usually happens because we’re either overconfident about our abilities or we’re careless. Well, the majority of the time this is the reason. However, there may be more explanations, depending on the situations and the mistakes made.
Although making mistakes is a healthy sign, it means you’re learning and growing, but sometimes these mistakes can make you the butt of the joke. Especially, in a position where you are in authority and there are people around you who are not happy with your ways. Whether you’re a team lead, a boss or a teacher, when you get screwed up, you’re not spared. As a teacher, you’re expected to be the most relevant person around. The one with the least mess-ups, but it’s okay if you have a few. We’re only humans after all. Oops, another typo! On countless occasions, typos have ruined everything. What may seem like a simple spelling mistake may sometimes ruin the whole meaning of a text and get us in trouble. It’s just like a slip of the tongue in the written form. Just like you send your wife a wordy romantic text and spell her name wrong. Instead of Maria, you spell Mary and almost get yourself killed by your wife. It is extremely essential that you proofread anything you write before you hit that send button or save button. Else you know, you’ll either be in trouble or be embarrassed like the teacher in the above post.

Honestly, every student would be overjoyed reading these fails. It’s probably their favorite thing on the internet today. We personally loved the one where the teacher ate a donut one of her students gave. We think it was kind of cute. The teacher can now buy her student 2 donuts instead of one as compensation.
