This is exactly what happened to a man whose neighbors’ dogs were continually barking. The man expressed his dissatisfaction with the dog’s barking on several occasions, but his neighbors were unconcerned. For three years I’ve been listening to them bark, driving me nuts in the summer…I’m talking about at night constant barking here,” the man shared.
