Mental health has been a major issue in today’s contemporary world. And no, before you call this all bogus and don’t consider mental issues as real medical conditions, this article is not for you guys. I’d still want everyone to look through what I have in store for you guys, and I can confirm that those who don’t believe in mental health, will start believing in it.
To be fair, it isn’t their fault either. We all lack awareness and that’s the root of the problem. And one of the reasons for less awareness is that it is very hard to explain these conditions. For the person who is depressed and a target of anxiety, a lot goes through their minds. Ranging from introversion to suicidal thoughts, everything plays a role in sending the affected person deep into the vicious cycle of sadness and loneliness.
But, today we’ve got an illustrator to rescue us out of this one problem that is explaining depression and anxiety. This super good Sow Ay illustrates how depression and anxiety visually look like. Their past experience has allowed them to express it very clearly and that will allow us all o really get deep into the endless world of mental health conditions and understand what it really is.

This is a very creative, unique, and great way to spread awareness about depression and anxiety. Two real medical conditions growing within humans at a very high pace. I would just like to say one thing. No, I won’t tell anyone what to do and how to tackle it. One cannot fight another person’s battles. But do remember that these conditions are not immortal. They can be killed and removed from our lives. We just need to figure out the right path that takes us to victory. And if the ride is bumpy, know that you are on the right path.

And I am sure, one day we will remove these illnesses from the face of this Earth by using only our strength and self-belief.
