Dogs are man’s best friend for a reason. With basically unlimited levels of unconditional love they have to offer us, no matter what we do, they’ll still love us. And they do it without expecting anything in return. They just want to spend time with us, be in our presence, and just exist together. With very little requirements outside the basics of feeding and sleeping, dogs want only one thing. Attention. In many ways, they’re probably like Tinkerbell from Peter Pan, and will straight up die if they don’t get enough attention.
With twitter full of people sharing snippets of their life in 280 characters or less, there’s no shortage of tweets about dogs, and this here is a compilation of a bunch of different puppies in various different states of dog-hood for your amusement. Scroll leisurely.
Dogs know how much we love them, and that’s why they solicit affection from anyone and everyone. Take this dog from for example, he winked at Fred from Honolulu because he knew that Fred couldn’t resist. Well, you know what, dog? I wouldn’t have been able to resist either, not just Fred.
This dog here is aggressively trying to consume a rainbow. Why? Because dogs are made out of pure happiness, and there’s nothing more pure and happy than a rainbow. He’s clearly trying to fuel himself to love his humans harder and more aggressively. Typical puppy. Your human would love you even if you didn’t. You underestimate the distance your human would go for you, because I would die for you and you’re not even mine.
Life’s a constant struggle of trying to figure out whether you like someone’s dog enough to put up with their owner so you can play with them. I, for one, am always willing to put up with people if it means that I can pet their dog. Unless their dog is also rude, which is unlikely because dogs are all angels that feed us unconditional love and affection without any regard for themselves at all.
