Do you think it’s important to have closure after a breakup? If yes, how can you get it? Do you need to talk to the person, or does it happen over time? I never needed closure, but I get why people want it. Going from being close to someone to strangers isn’t easy. Even if you don’t want to be with them, you might still miss them. I think “getting closure” should have limits. If not, you might end up reopening old wounds.
