When working in the retail or food industry, the first thing we’re told is that the customer is always right. This is something that is instilled in the minds of all the employees and even in the minds of the customers. This is done solely for the purpose of making the customer feel cared for and valued. It is a strategy used to develop a good customer and employee relationship. However, some people take advantage of it and try to prove themselves right,  even if they’re all kinds of wrong. They just feel the urge to be right while, they’re clearly lacking common sense. Anyone could say that they’re wrong, but no one can do anything because the customer is always right.

People who are working in the retail and food industries have a lot of stories to share. They go through a lot of different experiences of meeting new people every day at work. Sometimes these people are super generous and other times they just a pain in the a*s. We found quite interesting tweets of retail and food workers sharing their worst experiences with extremely rude and inconsiderate customers. Honestly, some of these tweets are pretty shocking and hilarious, both at the same time. How can someone lack so much of common sense? Guess, common sense is not common after all. Here are 33 tweets from employees who shared their worst experiences with rude customers. Scroll down to read them.

Some people are so cute. They want everything to be a certain way and they would completely flip out if things don’t go the way they want them to. Just like this guy who left the item just because it wasn’t $5.99. Although it was cheaper, but he wanted it to be $5.99. That’s so damn absurd, but what can anyone do. Such situations make us laugh and wonder both at the same time. Like why would someone leave an item that’s cheaper than its usual price.
