Company Gets Its Comeuppance After They Cheat Employees Out Of Tips

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

What do we mean by that, exactly? Well, getting back at someone is usually the sweetest when you actually take the time to plan it out and don’t just do it out of rage. And that’s the kind of tale we enjoy the most. Although I myself have never experienced retaliation on this scale, it is always very pleasant to witness because this company more than deserved it. We have all witnessed superiors insulting their subordinates and generally behaving badly.

However, this business goes a step further and, in addition to exploiting their workers, also violates numerous labour regulations by requiring 20% of the tips left for their drivers. I have no idea what nation this is in, but it doesn’t seem legal to me. But when someone questioned the legality of it, this corporation, which obviously thought they were rather smart, shut it down by claiming they had consulted a lawyer.

As you may expect, things did not go well, and one employee made the decision to exact revenge on this awful business. And by scrolling down, you can see the complete narrative. Get some popcorn while you’re at it because this ride is going to be fun.

As mentioned in the story, this is going to be a long story.

As we are going to start from the beginning and why this revenge was put into motion in the first place.

It was because all the employees in this company were getting ripped off and they could do nothing about it.

The company thought they could get away with it so one employee decided to put that confidence to the test.

Because they had tried to talk to the managers but they always waved the issue away.

So it was time to start documenting everything but that didn’t last long as the higher-ups soon caught on.

However, it wasn’t all over as the plan was already set in motion by this point.

As is expected, the company had to pay a huge fine.

But that was not all as they had also been shirking their duties when it came to tax laws.

All in all, the company got what it deserved.

Did they truly believe they could get away with it forever? Did they not realise they would be apprehended sooner or later? If they did have a lawyer, the lawyer did not have a degree, but I am fairly certain they were lying about that. Higher-ups are usually paid more than employees, so doing this is just a kick in the gut, and I can see why employees didn’t stay long in this place. I’m curious if the restaurant is still open.

As an aside, the poster of this tor also advised people to document everything if they are in a similar situation.

This is something that needs to be said.

As a lot of employees get taken advantage of.

I am also always surprised by these kinds of people.

After all this sweet revenge, we need a palate cleanser so time for cat tax!
