20 Times Cats Who Reacted To Things In The Most Hilariously Surprising Way

I’d be surprised too if I was a cat.

Cats are weird animals, one second they’d be dropping off things from your side table, the next they’d be staring at you or running around the house in shock. You can really tell when a cat is surprised to look at something, their pupil gets big and they study at whatever is at display in a very mysterious way as if they just had a flashback. The face they make is unarguably the cutest thing you’ll come across. You’ll even get a reaction or two out of them, basically something you’d share on all your social networks. No wonder websites like Instagram and Youtube are full of videos of cats doing weird things. My personal favourites are the videos of cats getting scared of everyday things, such as vegetables or furniture.

That said, here are 20 cats who reacted to things in the most shocking way.

“I walked in and lifted the blanket while he was fast asleep.”

“Unappreciated boop.”

source

“What do you mean, ’rabies vaccine!?’”

source

“I sang his name really loud.”

source

“The look she gave me when I told her she wasn’t going to be an only kitty anymore”

source

“My cat Tuna Fish’s reaction to seeing me in the bath. She’s the most expressive cat I’ve ever had!”

source

“I had the audacity to interrupt playtime.”

source

“Marvel the cat’s reaction to 2020”

source

“She can hear the plumbers working in the basement to repair a leak.”

source

As you can see, most of these cats have a very similar reaction but they’re all different in their own way. Every cat is unique in the way it reacts to things. Their emotions can vary from being shocked to being angry, but their emotions are nothing less than being cute. Scroll down below to see more shocked cats.

“Help, I accidentally adopted a fruit bat!”

“My cat just noticed that we have a ticking clock on our living room wall. We’ve been living here for 2 years.”

source

“I poked my cat.”

source

“She wasn’t a fan of the snow.”

source

“I was eating an extra-strong Halls cough drop and blew in his direction.”

source

“It was her first time seeing birds.”

source

 “People were walking outside.”

source

“My mom gave me a little woolen version of my cat.”

source

 “Something outside surprised her mid-lick.”

source

“Somebody walked up the stairs.”

How would you react if you ever come across a cat in one of these poses? Do you think cats sometimes overreact to things or are they really shocked at seeing new things? I personally think the latter holds true as cats can be really emotional animals. What are your thoughts on this feline behaviour? Let us know in the comment section below.
