Cat-Sitter Shares Hilariously Detailed Note She Got From Owners

Cat sitting is a real task.

At some point, whether or not you are a cat owner, you have taken care of someone’s cat in their absence. Keeping a cat means keeping up with their attitudes, bossy nature, big personalities and not to mention all the tantrums they throw. A cat owner fully understands his/her cats and readily surrenders to their will. They have accepted them as their leader and do as commanded. That’s because they understand that turning down or saying “no” to a cat is not an option.

When it comes to leaving your cat with someone else, who isn’t familiar with your little four-legged friend, you have to be very specific about them. Making sure all the details are thoroughly explained. To show you just how tough this job is, we found some good yet hilarious cat details from cat owners who left their cats with someone else. Some of these descriptions will crack you up and the others will leave you in awe.

Check them out below!

Something about them feels like they’re about to rob a bank.

“Samson: All gray. The most handsome cat you’ve ever seen. Looks like the cat was drawn by a Disney animator.”

WOW! There’s no doubt this is the most handsome cat we’ve ever seen. His eyes remind us of puss in boots. So beautiful.

“Dobby: All black. No tail. Looks like a cat that was drawn by a person who has a vague idea of what cats look like but in reality has never seen one.”

She has explained very well.

“Dixie: Calico. Looks like she would speak with a squeaky voice. Very short. Will use her nails to love you.”

Get ready for some wild lovin’!

“Wilson: Gray and white. Obese. Still adorable. Looks like Tony Soprano. Probably the mob boss.”

OMG! So uncanny! Yet cute.

Meet King Jack who found the fountain of youth.

“This is Jack. For the last 18 years he’s been the most magnificent creature to walk this planet, some even say he’s immortal. He prefers drinking water straight from the faucet because saucers are for peasants. When returning home after a long day be prepared to be greeted by the presence of his grace, you must rub his belly (this is not an option). Always keep a bag of rubber bands handy, just one can keep him occupied for hours. And last but not least, you can never sit on his throne, it is reserved only for the King himself.”

This one eats the ignorant for breakfast.

“Zeke: looks like he would be a lazy/laid back fluff ball but in reality is a whiner and a momma’s boy who will throw up on all of your stuff if he feels ignored…”

Don’t forget to follow the instructions about this one.

“Dorian. Very slinky, very grey. Please put away in basket once fed. Will cry if he thinks someone is behind a closed door.”

These two are completely different from each other.

Aspen & Birch. Birch is the white one and lovable, doesn’t understand personal space and dumber than a box of rocks. Aspen is the calico, sweet, full of personality, and likes to play bite.

When cats are around new people, they need some time to get to know the person. They want to make sure if they’re safe around this particular new human and if he or she is worth their attention. Cats are very private by nature. You can also say they’re an introvert. No wonder why they get along with introverts so well. Cats don’t open up to new people and places quickly. They need some time to move around and smell different objects and even humans in order to get familiar. This may sound surprising but cats are big-time into sniffing stuff.

These two are as adorable as their names, Zori and Augustus.

“This is just two of my five. The predominantly white one is Zori (Bae Bae), she’s an absolute sweetheart and she’s very motherly. The striped darker kitty beside her is Augustus (Gus), and he’s…essentially the devil, he spends most of his time hating everything and everyone, but I love him anyway! Cats are the best. “

Catto with some ninja instincts.

“Sixx. Might huntress cat. Special camouflaged fur, blends in with surroundings, ninja powers, often brings half dead things to the door in a fruitless attempt to teach us to kill for ourselves”

Cute but deadly. *Low-key scared*

“Willow is beautiful calico cat but don’t let her cuteness fool you she’s bipolar and refused to take her medicine. She is highly adept at lulling you into a false sense of security before she attacks. She’s very high maintenance she requires her food and water to be refreshed every couple of hours even though they are full they have become exposed to the air far too long for her liking. The water must be dumped out and given fresh new water. The food must be dumb back into the jug shaken not stirred and replenished. She also does not like it when you give The dog water. She believes he does not deserve any. She will stand next to his water and refuse to let him have any until he cries and cries for you to remove her because he knows a fight that he cannot win when he sees one. If she is pretending to like you it’s only because she wants food. Do not think for one second you are special to her, because the minute you do she will strike. Even in this picture our dog Jager is petrified that she is pretending to like him…”

This one seems like she can see through your soul.

“Atari: adorable 90% of the time. The other 10% she looks like something that sprang forth from the depths of hell. May require an exorcism.”

Definitely a mob boss. We agree.

“Max. Huge, blonde, good-natured. No tummy rubs. Might not eat because he cruises the neighborhood and extorts the other cats in the neighborhood’s lunch money. Definitely a mob boss”

This guy looks like he has a managerial job.

“This is Charlie. He is black and gray, slightly overweight and prefers to be called ‘Sir Charles’.”

He seems like a cop.

“Meet Butterscotch. We adopted him after he was found under a shed. Supposed to be my daughter’s cat but he won’t leave me alone. He thinks he is a tiger patrolling the house at night.”

Oz has good boy intentions.

“Oz- The baby, also the largest. Will only show you affection when you are trapped on the toilet or sleeping. Goes out of his way to sleep with the dogs. Gorgeous.”
