And we might even smile without even knowing it. So it is no surprise that more and more people are opting to get pets in recent years. Not only do animals make us generally much more happier but they also help with stress.
While that doesn’t mean everyone should have a pet, that does mean people who want one should definitely get one. And even if you can’t take care of a pet, you can still interact with animals through a myriad of ways like volunteering and such.
