Anucha “Cha” Saengchart is a cosplayer based in Bangkok, Thailand. He started his page on Facebook in 2013 by the name “Low Cost Cosplay” where he share all of his creations. He creates low-budget versions of famous characters. He created a low-budget version of Piccolo from Dragon Ball in 2013 and that’s how he started. People love his work and he has attracted 6.6 million followers on his Facebook page. The best thing about his work is that he uses cheap things to make the quality products that end up making everyone laugh. Seems like he has hilarity in his blood.
