The world we live in is full of contradictions and absurdities. We often take things for granted, follow the crowd, or ignore the consequences of our actions. But what if someone could show us the truth behind the facade, with humor and wit? That is what Anton Gudim, a Russian artist who runs the Instagram page @_yes_but, does with his comics. His comics are sarcastic and ironic, using a two-panel format to reveal the hidden realities of modern society.

He covers topics such as consumerism, social media, ecology, politics, and more, with a sharp eye and a clever twist. His comics are not only funny but also thought-provoking, making us question our own assumptions and beliefs.

Today, we will explore some of his best comics and analyze what they tell us about the world we live in. The way Gudim uses visual elements, such as colors, symbols, and perspectives, to enhance his message and create an impact on his audience is something not everyone can do even after years of learning and practice, sometimes the talent gets equipped naturally and that is what happened in Gudim’s case. I think the sarcasm got played at the highest octave in these illustration. The reality-check is solid, some of these kind of embarrassed me because they apply so accurately.

Have to appreciate this work of because although they hit, these are amazing comics. I am now a fan of Gudim and he has fully earned it through is wit and creativity.
