Most people adopt dogs because they find them adorable. They have boring lives and want to add more colour and joy to their dull and monotonous lives. Dogs can cheer you on a boring day and make you forget about how your boss scolded you at work.
But that is not all that dogs can do. There are many jobs that dogs are suitable for performing. They are bred to assist in herding and hunting. Police are known to have dogs in their crew to sniff unwanted things like explosives, drugs, or something metal. For many hundreds of years, dogs have proven to be so helpful in helping farmers in protecting their livestock and fields. People keep dogs to protect their homes and property. Armies keep dogs to detect bombs and explosives. Cute and goofy dogs are even trained to assist in therapy for patients. Dogs are even hired in the fire departments to save people in trouble. Detecting explosives and bombs, being part of the fire crew, assisting in therapy are important and sensitive jobs that should not be taken lightly. Thankfully, dogs are very much capable of performing these jobs well!
The pictures below are of dogs that were bestowed with important jobs and performed them very responsibly. They are not just cute, but equally skilled as well! Scroll below to check some beautiful dogs kicking asses at their jobs.

Dogs are not just fit to be house pets. They are capable of doing so much more! They serve as therapy dogs. Therapy is a difficult part of people’s lives and it does not happen easily. Having a dog beside you who is well-trained in this task helps you cope with what you are going through well enough. Whoever is sad should go ahead and get a dog. Other than that, saving people’s lives from a fire explosion is a grave responsibility. Only someone with credibility can be assigned to do this job. Dogs are trained extensively so they can be useful under such circumstances. It’s not just humans who can learn to do such thorough and difficult jobs. Dogs can perform them too!
Are you impressed? Because I sure am. Dogs are all-rounders!
