Don’t get me wrong, animals are adorable creatures and they definitely deserve a loving home. However, not everyone is up for the task of taking care of a dog. Even if you may adore dogs, that doesn’t mean that you will have an easy time with a dog at your home. Taking in a dog requires a lot of patience and care so you should always think hard before you jump into this decision. So it is never okay to force someone into that decision and call them selfish if they refuse.
But that is exactly what this particular family did when their daughter passed away. You see, she had a lovely dog and when she passed away due to some complications, they were left with the doggo. Now, they obviously kept the doggo for a few days but it was clear that there trying to get rid of that ‘burden’ when they tried forcing the doggo on their other daughter. As you can probably guess it didn’t go well and the whole discussion devolved into an insulting argument.

I am just sad to see that after such an incident, they are trying to alienate the other daughter. Everyone needs support in these kinds of times but they clearly don’t care and just don’t want the burden of the dog. And at the end of the day, it is not the poster’s responsibility to take care of the dog. If she had wanted it then it would be fine but she didn’t so they are only making her feel bad about the whole situation.
He is an adorable kitty but sadly he is no longer with us.
Floyd was the sweetest angel in the world. The most fearless baby. All he wanted in life was to climb trees, cuddle with us, sleep , eat and play. He was killed 3 days ago by a snake in my backyard. I still cant believe it. His sister, Zeppelin, has been crying none stop, finding him. Searching for him. Calling him. I don’t know how to tell her that’s he’s not coming back.
