The customer isn’t always right.

I know a lot of people love to say that the customer is always right but that couldn’t be further from the truth. After all, we are all humans and we make mistakes. However, when a mistake turns into stupidity is when your refuse to admit it and rather than apologize, you simply go even deeper into the hole to save yourself from embarrassment. What this does is that you embarrass yourself even more.

That is what these customers should have known. After all, customer service employees already have a hard enough job without having to deal with entitled customers like these ones. So it is no surprise that when a Reddit sure asked the internet to provide stories, people were quick to respond. From people complaining about lower prices to throwing a fit over something minor, these people clearly need a hobby that does not involve making an employee regret their decision to help.

So just scroll below to take a look for yourself.
