When you’re tired of working and it has been a long day at work, you want to take some rest and you miss your bed. After a long hard day, you come home in hopes of good night sleep on your bed, but unfortunately, it has been taken over by the dog. The dog is curled up into a ball, sleeping peacefully under your freshly washed sheets. So, you take a deep breath and sleep on the couch instead. The expressions of calm and happiness on the dog’s face are every dog lover’s heaven. They wouldn’t take it away for anything. Even if the cost is their own discomfort.
Our four-legged goofballs love to do everything we do. From sitting like us to sleeping in our beds, everything. We might buy them the most expensive yet the comfiest dog bed in the store but they would still be stealing ours. Just like we love our dogs, they love us too. They love to steal our spot and sleep with us in our beds. Sometimes they sleep in such weird positions that no space for us left on the bed. We have found the best 50 photos of dogs sleeping in their owner’s bed. Scroll down and check them out.

A question arises here. Why do dogs sleep with us in our beds? Well, according to a research dogs seek warmth and protection from their caretaker. Just the way they love and protect their human, they want to be loved and protected. Sleeping together is a form of bonding for dogs. They are trying to bond well with their owner and at the same time, they are developing a certain level of understanding. Since dogs possess a very strong sense of smell, even if we’re not in the bed they feel our presence by sniffing our odour that’s present in our bed. This love that we share with our dogs is never one-sided. We love our goofy dogs and they love us back.
