Entitled Parent Opens Neighbor’s Parcel, Gets Mad After Finding A ‘Vulgar’ Item

neighbor-parcel-fi

Entitled parents are hard to miss. They’re like that stubborn popcorn kernel stuck in your teeth, often causing both laughs and frustration.

This story is a perfect example. In a charming neighborhood, a mix-up with an Amazon delivery and a unique mug set the stage. Reddit user SweaterStripey83 ordered a mug that’s definitely not for a fancy tea party. It has a bold design with a word starting with ‘C,’ creatively using the handle to form the letter.

The house next door has a similar address, leading to occasional mail mix-ups. When the mug finally arrived, the entitled dad next door stepped in. He stormed over with the package, furious that his 11-year-old saw such a “disgusting” item. After scolding OP, he dramatically left, leaving them speechless and with an extra “C” mug.

1. What even?

2. OP once ordered a mug from Amazon that said a curse word.

3. Now there is a house on the street OP lives on that has a similar address to their’s.

4. The delivery drivers would often deliver OP’s parcel to the family’s house and vice versa, because of this issue.

5. Same thing happened as OP got the notification from Amazon that their mug has been delivered but in reality that was not the case.

6. A few days passed and OP filed for a replacement. However, just after doing so, the father of the family came along with OP’s mug which he literally threw at them.

7. The father’s 11-year-old had opened the parcel and had read the curse word on the mug.

That 11-year-old had no business opening OP’s parcel. And the father is a major AH for letting the kid do it. It could have been anything in that parcel, something much dangerous.

8. He got angry at OP but OP argued back by saying who gave them the right to open their parcel.

9. OP got the replacrment mug from Amazon as well as the original one from the father. But they wanted to return one back to the father as it suited him more.
