The entitled, boastful and abusive employers and even employees should be called out for their attitude and behavior. Not only that, they should face the consequences for their unethical behavior so it does not get strengthened and should never be repeated and for others to vicariously learn from their consequences. Unprofessionalism promotes negative and toxic workplace environment leading to many adverse side effects. It can fall under the act of bullying if the other person takes the behavior of an unprofessional individual without saying anything.
