While more countries are adopting this practice, Japan is still leaps and bounds ahead when it comes to animal cafes. After all, who wouldn’t like to unwind while playing with a lovely kitten? Well, this particular cafe has even included owls and hedgehogs in their cafe. You might think that it sounds like an odd combination. But surprisingly enough, a cat and an owl duo are the best of friends.
They like to do everything together from playing to sleeping. And the cafe has garnered much recognition because of these two. Many people already want to visit Japan to experience their rich culture and this just makes me want to go there even more. I’m not sure what I think!! While undeniably cute, why keep an owl in captivity? They are not budgies or canaries. Surely they should be allowed to live where they were meant to live, in freedom. -Dale
If these two wildly different creatures can be friends, why is it so hard for humans to understand each other perspectives and respect everyone? Why can’t we all get along as well?
