Dogs are adorable but no one would like to be around a dog who would not let you sleep with its howls.

No doubt, we all love dogs and they make this world a better place but no one likes the constant barking. It would drive you crazy if your neighbor’ss dog would constantly bark and won’t let you sleep for the whole night. A man who lives in a building where dogs are not allowed shared how a neighbor living in the same building had a dog who would constantly bark and howl when he is alone at home. He would stop barking as soon as his owner would come home. OP tried to contact the owner but never heard anything from his side. He then complained to the landlord but didn’t get any response. This person has had enough of sleepless nights so he complained to the local council about the neighbor’s dog. Scroll down to read the story yourself.
