I mean they both wear wildly different uniforms. So how someone can confuse these both with each other is beyond me. And even when it was made clear to this woman that OP didn’t work there, she wasn’t going to let it go and only doubled down by yelling at him some more. Did she really think if she continued yelling, he would somehow magically get a job at McDonald’s? I have no idea how a Karen thinks but I don’t think I would like to see either.
Thankfully, there was a sergeant there who wasted no time in putting the entitled woman in her place. I mean, everyone has a brain fart at times and we all sometimes think someone works at a particular store when they aren’t even wearing the uniform. But usually, when you realize it, you apologize and move on. Not many people just stand there and insist that the other person is being lazy and lying to them.

People should know better than to get physical with someone in fatigues (and who is fatigued :-)) – out of their exhaustion they might defend themselves reflexively, and only realize their error when they observed the crumpled semiconscious human sprawled before them.
My brother trained in Shodokan Karate (the most traditional no-frills version) in college. He was a fairly recent brown belt and had just returned from a weekend karate retreat where they would train for 5 hours, eat, sleep for 3 hours, repeat, for 48 hours. He and his buddy were heading for the cafeteria when one of his frat brothers jumped in front of him and mock attacked him. Without looking up, he gave his bro a very mild jab to the stomach which nevertheless knocked the wind out of him.
I would sometimes take a jab at him just to admire how quickly he could see the blow coming and deflect it, almost absent-mindedly. After he got his black belt, he wouldn’t even do that. I pulled my punch before it really contacted him; he just said, “Dude, your hardest punch would be nothing like what I get hit with fifty times an hour in practice.” I believe him.FoolishStone
