Free schooling is not a new concept.
Free schooling, also known as unschooling, is a type of education that emphasises self-directed learning and a child-centred approach to education. While free schooling may appear to be a radical concept, it has long been practiced by various cultures and educational pioneers. This alternative form of education challenges traditional schooling methods by encouraging children to learn at their own pace and based on their own interests.
While it may not be appropriate for all children, it can be a useful option for those who thrive in nontraditional learning environments. However, on the Internet, people enjoy making everything controversial and overdramatic. I’m not saying that free schooling is a good option for everyone because most children need some sort of curriculum and discipline, but parts of it can definitely work. After all, it is every parent’s responsibility to guide their children down the path they want to take.People had a lot to say about a mother who praised free schooling, which you can see for yourself by scrolling below.

As you can see in the following video, she is just happy that her kid is trying to learn new things by himself, which is certainly a good thing.
There were many people who agreed with her.

There were also some people who couldn’t understand this method of teaching your kid.

Going along with your kids can be a good method of teaching them.

However, it sometimes needs to be supplemented with other curriculums.

To be fair, when I was a kid, I certainly needed guidance.

Via Charles
I won’t lie as the kid is clearly behind peers his age when it comes to his education.

Via John-Paul
Free schooling is certainly a real movement but not as popular as other ones.

Having your parents make studying interesting is definitely a good thing.

Via Brotha K
Exactly! It needs to be supplemented.

She is allowed to be proud of her son.

Some people clearly went further than necessary when it came to making comments about her.

Reading books to your kid is an excellent way to make them more interested in studying.

Honestly, I don’t know this woman’s kid, so I’m not sure if it’s working for them or not. Furthermore, I am not a child psychologist or a teacher, so I am not qualified to pass judgment on her parenting choices. People who argue that this is somehow ab*se should understand that each parent has their own methods and beliefs. While I agree that the child appears to be behind his peers, everyone should be allowed to go at their own pace.
I don’t even know what to say to this one.

She is clearly trying her best in her own way.

He is behind but not everyone has to join in the race of life.

Homeschooling is different to free-schooling.

To be fair, he does need to catch up quite a bit.

Discipline can be necessary for some children.

We can only hope that things turn out okay for the kid.
