Many people claim that the unconditional love dog lovers have for dogs is unreasonable. And we think that it is anything but unreasonable as dogs are the most loving and adorable creatures ever to exist. They are so incredibly loveable that single folks forget they are even single. Dogs will care for you, guard you, protect you, and admire you till death! They will make you get your daily doses of hugs and never let you feel lonely. Regardless of how long we come home, they will continue to greet you as happy as ever.
They make us laugh when we are low and fill our day with happiness. It does not matter if it is our own dog or a random dog video on the internet, it will make our day. Dogs instantly notice when you are sad and they cuddle us or sit through our pain with us. It is in their nature to be caring. Surprisingly these precious animals have soothing abilities that magically heal our pain. Anyways, we know that a majority of you are already aware of these good-doggo facts but what you might not know is, our dogs have a complicated relationship with their tails! Never heard of it?
Well, if you are a dog owner, you’d know what we are talking about but if you are not, you are in for some real fun and hilarious doggo moments! Our furry little companions are known to chase their tails aggressively as if their tail is not a part of their body but some other entity! But why do they do that? We’ll continue with it along with some hilarious pictures, shall we? Start scrolling!

While the dogs chasing their tails appears hilarious to us, there’s something else that you should know as well. At first, you’d think that your dog is just playing and it might just be doing that but in some scenarios, dogs that are left all by themselves for a longer period of time, end up getting bored. They get weary of lying down on the couches while staring the walls. So what do they do to amuse themselves and release all the energy they have? They’d chase their tails which will cause physical exertion and also entertain them.
That’s adorable but if you have a dog, you should always take care of their physical activities and make sure that they are getting enough of it. However, when it comes to young puppies, the reasons can vary as young pups would chew their tails while becoming aware of their body parts. And if you see your dog chasing their tail and they receive a positive reaction from you while you laugh and get happy, your dogs would continue to do it in order to please you. So, they might use that tactic to gain your attention as well!
Anyways, we are only halfway through the pictures and we bet that you’re having a great laugh, aren’t you? Now is the time to continue with the remaining pictures! So, shall we? Keep scrollin’!

Lastly, dogs are the goofiest creatures! And if you do not have time to play with your beloved little fellows, count on them to entertain themselves on their own. They will follow their tails as if they are seeing it for the first time. While most of us assume that dogs are unaware of their tails and want to catch them to see what it is, sometimes dogs just chase their tails to have fun. They are simply bored and entertaining themselves. They are curious about their body and just playing around.
