No matter how much we show our love for dogs it will never be enough.

From wagging their tails when following us around the house to consoling us whenever we’re feeling low, our dogs are the only ones who stay with us through thick and thin. Then again, we still sometimes think that the kind of love we give to our pets (to our dogs in particular) is unparalleled because unlike them we can take better care of their needs. But, that’s not true. Sure, we better understand the complexities of life and know exactly what our pupper needs and when, but that doesn’t mean that the care and love our little furballs give us is any less. Dogs may not speak our language but they don’t have to. They sense how we are feeling and act accordingly.

Tbh, this is way more than we can ask for. I mean, even other people fail to comfort us sometimes even though they can communicate with us. On the other hand, dogs can’t even talk to us, yet they know just when to put their paws on us and let us know that everything will be alright. So, to call these fluffy boys a blessing would be an understatement. Words can’t even describe how precious they are. Below we have 22 heartwarming stories that will prove to you that we don’t deserve dogs.

Take a look.

“My dog (Kara) is just checking to see if I’m alive in the bathroom.”

She’s a little baby herself but the sense of responsibility that she has is remarkable. Can you believe just how pure and selfless dogs are? Out of everything that she could’ve done, she chose to protect her tiny human. I think at this point it’s only fair to say that dogs are the only true best friends we will ever have in life.

“My dog brought me a pair of boots when I got home. I’m truly honored.”

Reddit

“My dog brought me her favorite toy when she heard me crying in the bath after a very stressful day at work.”

Reddit

Reddit

“I just want someone to look at me the way my dog looks at me.”

Reddit

It’s true that dogs are mischievous and love to mess around. They even cause us trouble at times. But all that they do for us outweighs everything. It’s hard to believe that these furry four legged creatures actually exist who are genuinely happy to be with us/play with us. They consider us their family and would do anything and everything to see us smile. *Sobs*
