Crazy Manager At Local Dive Bar Terminates The Entire Staff And Makes Them Re-Interview If They Want Their Job Back

Some people have had bad experience working with their managers.

Some managers are crazy and stupid. It is employees at the end of the day who suffer due to their crazy managers’ stupidity. Such managers would cross all the limits to prove that they are the managers and they can fire you at any time. A stupid manager joined the local dive bar. His boss put the bar in his hands and he thought he had the authority to do literally everything. So, he sent a long message to every employee telling them that they are fired and if they want to keep working they can re-interview and if they will be chosen, they will continue to work here. This manager would not allow the employees to be high at work but he is allowed to be high at work because he is the manager and he can manage to be high. Employees can get one smoking break only. Even feedback is not allowed. What kind of strategy is this? Would it increase the performance or efficiency? No, it would not. He is just making the employees’ lives hell. We hope no one agrees to give him an interview again and the boss should fire him because he is wasting everyone’s time and money too.
