Client Leaves Her Dogs At The Groomer, Gets Mad When He Takes Her Dogs To The Shelter

A groomer’s job is grooming the pets and not babysitting them.

Some people take their pets to the groomers and leave them there for the rest of the day. Whatever your reasons are, you can not leave your pet at a groomer’s shop like that. If a pet owner is not that responsible to pick their pets up on time, then they do not deserve to have those pets. Those pets should be given to the shelter.

Something similar happened with a Reddit user and he took this issue to Reddit. A lady used to leave her dogs at his shop for grooming and didn’t use to pick them up on time. It started getting late and later every time. OP told this lady that the next time this happened, he would be giving away the dogs to the local shelter. The next time, OP kept waiting for the lady but she didn’t show up. OP waited 15 minutes after the shop closes but lady did not come to pick her dogs up. The groomer took the dogs to the local shelter and sent the lady a text that he has left her dogs at the local shelter. Scroll down to read the lady’s response to his text.

She is not a dog owner, she is an entitled Karen and needed to be taught a lesson and OP did right to leave her dogs at the local shelter. She should be thankful that he sent her the details of the local shelter. The groomer did her a favor but in return, she got mad at him and left a negative feedback on the internet that the groomer has abused her dogs. Like seriously? What groomers are supposed to do when you leave your pets in their shop? Are they supposed to stay in their shop the whole night and wait for you to show up? Is that what you wanted Karen?
