We’ve all heard the absurd claims that cats don’t really love their humans, that they don’t really exhibit affection, and that we’re just reading their modest tolerance of our love, and as cat people, we know these accusations are complete nonsense. Some cats are more difficult to persuade, but with enough love and respect, even the most aloof cat will embrace his or her human. As we love our pets, our pets can also develop the same feelings for us whether it’s a cat or a dog they have feelings too.
