Fans of The Matrix movies may recall the iconic scene in which Neo notices a black cat passing twice and dismisses it as déjà vu. But it’s not always so easy, as Trinity quickly explains to him. They all knew they were in a simulation since, in their world, this was just a malfunction in the Matrix. Whether you think we’re all connected to the Matrix or not (that’s a topic for another day), we think you’ll enjoy believing that we are, at least for the time it takes you to read this article.
