Tbilisi is a breathtaking city situated in a valley in the Republic of Georgia. The city, rich in art and architecture, goes along Kura’s riverbank and makes sure it attracts every tourist who visits it.
The architecture of Tbilisi dates back to the eighteenth as well as the nineteenth century. The houses were old and aesthetics, the bridges and skyscrapers of the city were attractive, modern, and fascinated people to explore every part of it. Where you think that places lose their real beauty just because we keep on renovating them, there are some parts in the city of Tbilisi that you may not recognize if you haven’t been there for a long time. The old down alongside the Narikala Fortress in Tbilisi is one such place that has been renovated. However, some parts retain their true essence and that’s what makes the city more beautiful.
There are various buildings, old and cracked, exuding vintage vibes. The paint from these walls seems to fade at every point, with layers of paint coming out of the walls, making the buildings looks authentic, classy, and weary. Places in the city, both large and small, have very old wooden doors and balconies. The courtyards of those places have biographies of the family that lived there and they have been existing for decades.
Here, we have put together some amazing architectural photographs that would make you want to explore this city right about now.
