As kids there were days we didn’t do our homework and still showed up at school. Sometimes, we were late and other times we didn’t show up at all. We all had our reasons. Sometimes, hilarious and other times bloody serious. Although there is always a genuine reason for everything at school, sometimes we make up excuses just to get away with the situation. For instance, lying that the dog at our homework when in reality we didn’t do it at all.

However, the excuses are not always fake. Sometimes, they’re as real as they can be. Life is unpredictable and we don’t know what tomorrow may bring. 2020 is a living example of it. Sometimes, we actually do get late to school because there were a bunch of chickens blocking the road and we didn’t bring our homework because the dog actually ate it. Don’t know when will this stop. So many innocent lives are lost every year in school shootings. Somebody has got to put an end to this crime. It all starts with bullying. Kids think it’s funny to make fun of those who can’t fight back or speak up to defend themselves. They torture the weak by saying harsh things and pulling ridiculous pranks. Sadly, no one does anything about this behavior of kids, not even their parents. In some cases, parents are the ones to promote such disrespectful behavior of their children. Those kids who get bullied sometimes become suicidal and other times they become the school shooters.
