Customers love to be right all the time.

And it doesn’t help that they throw this ‘saying’ in the face of service staff any chance they get. From berating employees to straight-up calling them retarded, we have no lack of a**holes in our world.

You might have heard many stories just like the following ones. However, these are so bad that they actually made the employee snap. Even though it is hammered into their minds to be polite, sometimes you just have to stand up for yourself.
