I don’t think there is a single person on the Earth that is afraid of absolutely nothing. There is always something that gives you the creeps. Fear is a natural emotion. Some people fear heights, some fear water, some hate clowns, and some are terrified of the dark. Now, when it comes to fear of the dark, I think it is one of the most logical phobias. Not knowing where you are or what you’re touching can be scary. You can’t see anything and practically anything can jump out of the corner and attack you. Also, thanks to horror movies, our fear of the dark has gotten worse over the years. I am not afraid of the dark, but I still close my curtains after the evening. I don’t want to look outside the window and see something peeking inside. I just got chills thinking of that. And it isn’t just me who is afraid of the dark. It is actually a very common phobia. It is linked to the fear of the unknown since you don’t know anything around you as you are almost blind.
