Woman Asks If She Is In The Wrong For Not Congratulating Her Pregnant Sister-In-Law

Kids require stability and money.

Just because you want kids does not mean you will make a good parent or even have enough money to take care of them properly and give them everything they need. Wanting kids is an understandable want but when you are in a position where you cannot even provide for the kid you currently have then is it really a good idea to add another baby into the mix? However, some people don’t really think about what they are going to do when the kid comes into this world and are being selfish.

And that is exactly what this woman is doing. Even though she does have a kid and is relying on her husband’s family to help them provide for the kid, she had no issue getting pregnant again. And yes it was a planned pregnancy and it wasn’t as if she hadn’t talked about this before. The original poster of this story had talked to her sister-in-law and clearly said that having another baby was going to be a bad decision but she didn’t listen.

The title makes it sound harsher than it actually was.

It is clear that they aren’t doing well and need help from their family.

This is all understandable but when the sister-in-law wanted another child, OP told her like it was.

But she clearly did not listen and she did get pregnant.

It is her decision after all but she really wanted OP to congratulate her.

But she kept pestering her, to tell the truth so she did.

As you can probably expect, this did not go well.

It caused a whole lot of drama so she left the gathering altogether.

Now everyone is calling her out for being too harsh so she asked the Internet for advice.

I understand that nobody wants to hear that they are making a mistake when they are pregnant but she urged her to tell the truth. If she did not want to hear it, why did she ask for it? Did she think this woman would have changed her mind magically even though the situation had not changed at all? Now she is trying to become the victim and blaming this woman when it isn’t even her fault. And I am also surprised that so many people are behind her rather than the ones telling the truth.

People were surprisingly at her side.

After all, the sister-in-law had asked for the truth.

If she didn’t want it, she shouldn’t have asked for it.

Some people even said that there was a nefarious reason behind all of that.

Maybe she wanted it this way in the first place.

But perhaps she really is this dumb.
