Body shaming is not okay, not to anyone and not by anyone.

No one can generate a rationale behind why they body shamed someone because they cannot. It is a very incorrect thing to do and highly unethical to talk bad things about someone’s body. Who even entitled you to such authority or who made you think you do it would be okay? No one is allowed to shame anyone for whatever sort of body they have, even if you are a President of a country. People get shamed for being skinny, others get shammed for being fat. People judge books by the covers. Who knows, that a skinny person may be suffering from cancer, who knows that a fat person may be suffering from a disease that does not allow them to control their weight? We know nothing about the other and so we should not intervene in their lives by telling them they are not supposed to have the body they have. This angers my soul because I have been shamed for being skinny all my life until I finally got hormonal problems and now I take steroids that have made me fat. These body shamers should be jailed.

Unfortunately, people still do this and that too publicly even though they realize how bad it can affect the person being shamed. Gloria Bennet is a plus-sized woman who also became a victim of body shaming. She went out to have a nice lunch at a nice place with her friend ‘Stephanie’, having no idea what was going to happen. The waiter they got was very rude and entitled. He started fat-shaming her from time to time, passing comments all around the restaurant while the women had their meals. The stuff he said was extremely insensitive and would make any person feel awful. Gloria shared this unfortunate experience on TikTok.
