Viral Online Debate On How There Does Not Exist A Perfect Family Dog

What is a “perfect family dog”?

As members of this community famously known as Planet Earth, we are faced with so many challenges on a day-to-day basis. The decision you take to resolve the matter is what shapes your personality, it’s these routes we choose that form our ultimate selves. These challenging decisions can include who to marry, what major to choose in college, and what salary to settle at. There is one more challenge that people (dog lovers) and it arrives when they have to decide which dog to choose. The thing is, dogs are living beings, they are not like objects that you can always buy again because you didn’t like your first decisions. It must always be one dog and trust me, that one creature is going to make life worthwhile till the end of times. Pet dogs turn the life of their owners around in a flash. The most boring activities suddenly start feeling the most exciting when you involve your best friend. They take all the stress from your life and substitute it with happiness, entertainment, love, care, and joy. Trust me I could go on for days and would still find something nice to write about dogs. They are perfect. But here’s the catch, not every dog is made for every person and can do everything at any time. Did you get it? It means you may not expect some things from a Rottweiler that you do from a Chihuahua.

2. What OP was trying to deliver was that everyone wants a dog that can do everything according to how its owner wants it to do…and that is highly unrealistic.

Is it not unfair to take your dog on mountain hikes just because you want to go on the hikes and then don’t walk it as much as the dog wants just because you are too busy? Think about it.

4. No breed can check all boxes, it’s just not possible. Get multiple dogs if you want all that to happen but then the factor of high responsibility comes in and I don’t think many are willing to take on such a task.

What happens when you get a dog and it just decides not to abide by what you thought it would do? What if you never understood its true personality? Congratulations, you just ruined a life. Dogs need freedom, they need a life of their own, a life that has no strings. Give them what they want and you will be surprised to see these creatures will never cross the limit. They know it very well. They cannot bend their personalities for anyone. After all, love is all about compromises.
