Everyone makes mistakes.

That is the way we humans are wired. However, when you make a mistake at your job, it can be quite costly. If it was a big blunder then it can even cause you to lose your job permanently. Now I don’t know if I’d call the following mistakes earth-shattering but they are quite hilarious. From spelling mistakes to put the wrong pictures, this list has it all. So if you want to feel smart by laughing at the dumb things that other people sometimes do, this is the place for you.

Honestly, it is hard to understand how these products even got made. Doesn’t every company has checking departments and such? I mean did no one do a check on these items before sending them to consumers? I mean we have an Elmo with eyes on the back of his head. How did nobody see this?
