Some people would never stop complaining no matter what they get.
One should always be grateful especially when they get free things. You do not get this opportunity every day where you get free things. It only happens once in a while. A Reddit user who worked at McDonald’s drive-thru opened up about her experience with an entitled customer. It was OP’s first customer in the morning. OP clocked in at 6:am and this crazy lady shows up in lane 1 and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, 2 large hot mochas and a mocha frappe. She made the changes on the next window and changed two mochas to one but since both drinks were made, OP gave her the other one for free. The Karen started screaming at the employees, OP explained to her that it is a free drink. Karen started going on about how this company wastes food. OP explained it to her again that the drink will cool till the next customer comes. Karen realized her mistake but she stood her ground. Karen called OP a bi*ch and left. 1. OP is a crew leader so she does anything and sometimes everything. OP clocked in at 6:00 am.
2. A crazy lady came and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin without muffin, 2 large hot mochas and a mocha frappe which she changed to one mocha but since they were already made, OP gave her one for free.
3. The crazy lady got louder after she was given the second mocha. OP went to her and explain but the crazy lady went on about how this company is wasting food. OP explained to her again that she is getting a free drink.
Nothing on Earth can stop Karens from being their crazy selves. They would go out of their way to show their sense of righteous anger.
