Being a parent is harder than you’d imagine. From carrying a baby inside your body for 9 months to delivering them to staying up night after night taking care of them and so on. It’s even harder when you’re a single parent but that’s a story for another time.
Although, this is the 1950’s where it was seemed a culture to put all the load on the women of the house. Be it the laundry, the dishes, the sweeping and even the kids. It wasn’t much less than being a single parent if you think about it. But lets face it, this is the 21st century and we live in modern times. Helping out in the household and taking care of your own children is not a shame. Some men need to realize and understand this and the fact that it doesn’t’ make you less manly to help out in the chores or look after the children.
Nowadays, with all the social media around us, women need to make themselves clear that they are not going to take this shit anymore. And they are doing just that.
