Employee Receives A Decrease In Salary For Grammar Mistakes, Gets Revenge On Boss

If your boss would deduct your salary for grammar mistakes, start pointing out their mistake and they would never deduct your salary again.

Employees work the whole month and wait for the month to end so they can get their salaries. Imagine if you notice a decrease in your salary. You would surely be demotivated and want revenge on your boss. A guy shared his experience on Reddit. He was working for a company that used to teach English. His responsibilities were reviewing and editing the lesson plans. He was accustomed to US English while his boss was from UK. After months of working there, OP received a decrease in his salary with a note that his salary was deducted due to the mistakes he has made. OP never pointed out anyone’s mistakes even though he knew some of them. This was the moment of revenge. OP started pointing out his boss’ mistakes in the group chat.
