Company Tries Firing Their Long-Time Employee Just Before His Time To Retire, Backfires Badly

The reputation of a company doesn’t always rely on their name.

We spend most of our lives working towards our future, working hard to have a great life with minimal hurdles. Especially for the time after our retirement. Retirement might seem like it’s something out of reach and there are a lot of obstacles in the way too, but for people who have reached that age, it’s a moment of pure joy and pride. Not just for them but also for their families. Because that is a moment that proves that you were worth it all these years.

However, when this Reddit user u/Sorkoth1 posted a story about his father and how he was about to get fired for no reason at all, it was like a roller coaster ride for him. Poor old man. Can’t help but feel sorry for him. But he proved that he didn’t need any sympathies at all! Instead he fought and he fought hard to gain his position and keep his head high until he actually got retired.
