Woman Asks If She’s Wrong For Choosing Her Dog Over Her Pregnant Sister

Nobody can deny that a human life is more valuable than one of an animal (however certain individuals’ actions might affect this opinion). According to a recent study, one-third of dog owners would choose their fluffy pet over their partner if they had to pick between the two. Given how terrible humans are, we can’t help but wonder why the numbers aren’t a little higher. Let’s face it: Our pets are devoted, sociable, and trustworthy. Humans would do the exact opposite of that. Naturally, we gave it a pleasant name: personal discovery, business aspiration, and competitive mindset.

Well, it’s unexpected that those figures are not greater. The dog owners presumably refrained from expressing their true opinions out of fear that society would judge them. Unsurprisingly, u/throwdog1111 belongs to this community of dog lovers. Yet, as this 32-year-old claims, she was forced to pick her 2-year-old Husky above her unappreciative younger sister. After all, rather than the other way around, it was she who made the attempt to get rid of her furry best friend. The author brought this case before the “jury” of the “Am I The A-Hole” community to establish the facts despite everyone’s condemnation from the sidelines. So let’s examine her narrative.

Dogs are dedicated and steadfastly loyal, unlike people. And neither your wealth nor your social standing matter to them.

OP explained her issue. She needs an outside perspective because her family is critical of her behavior.

After her BF kicked her out, the OP brought her sister in.

She also revealed that she was pregnant.

OP’s sister began griping about having her dog live with them.

The dog is a darling, according to the OP, and will remain inside the home. People are free to leave if they don’t like that.

OP had a business trip to make. The dog was gone when she returned.

OP inquired about her missing dog with the neighbors.

She then followed the crumbs’ trail.

She had also located her dog.

Then it was even needed to pay for it back.

When OP arrived home, she ordered her sister to leave. She provided her with enough cash to book a motel and then sent her on her way.

The incident was reported to the entire family by her sister, and now everyone is criticizing her for throwing her sister out. Naturally, no one offered to house her.

OP requests an unbiased assessment.

This is undoubtedly one of the worst examples of choosing beggars, in our honest opinion. This woman doesn’t want to be grateful to her sister for taking her in; she wants to organize her home and choose who will live there. And her behavior is disgusting. Taking someone else’s dog away? That is in fact illegal.
