Boss Hands An Absurd “Life Is Not Fair” 11 Rule Rulebook To 16 Year Old Employee On First Day Of Work

Even though we are now well into the year 2023, we still haven’t managed to get read of mean and bad bosses. Yes, there is more focus on accountability now, people are well aware of their rights and are very confident in terms of fighting for them, but these terrible “leaders” have somehow managed to escape the eye of the eagle and have been exploiting every possible opportunity in a negative way, as much as possible.

One of the major reasons why there exist this kind of boss is the employees not having the financial strength to raise their voices against harassment or to counter rudeness. They just have no option but to absorb all the injustice.

Some bosses have to become tough to teach their employees an important lesson while others are straight-up bad. And in today’s story, we have got a story about a boss who was really bad to their 16-year-old employee. This girl on her first day at the job got handed a rulebook to follow to live her life, by her boss, and that really was not appreciated by the employee’s dad. The dad took that list of rules from his daughter and posted it on Twitter. The post got viral and the internet had a lot to say about it.

I will be very honest about this. There are some rules that are a really good wake-up call and everyone should be aware of them as quickly as possible before entering the real world. Yes, some of them I do feel are a bit too early or harsh for the girl at this age but the others are solid lessons that every 16-year-old should learn and apply. In fact, I feel like 16 is late too, some of these rules should be taught as early as the age of 13 or 14.

If anyone gets mad at some of these very good life lessons, they just don’t want to accept the reality. That’s my take on this.

The internet got into a debate on the matter:
